The development at One Bedford Avenue is a mixed-use building located in the Bloomsbury area of London, UK. The building was developed by the real estate company, Exemplar, and completed in 2017

Vertical Transporation

Passenger lifts PL1- PL3, a triplex group consisting of 1275 kg 17 person Machine room less lifts
travelling at 2.0 m/s.
Lifts PL1 is dedicated as a fire fighting lift and is through car operation to the
fire service lobby.
PL3 shall also out of peak hours operate as a goods lift, this lift shall also be provided with an enhanced lifting capacity of 2000kg
Goods lifts GL1 with a capacity of 2000 kg travelling at 1.0 m/s.
