"We engaged the TLC to carry out a survey/report on the condition and capability the 3 main reception lifts in our building in Glasgow. This highlighted issues such as ‘Ghost calls’ i.e. colleagues calling lifts, waiting too long and walking and identified improvements and potential defects in the initial design. They provided a specification/tender documentation for the modernisation work circa £250k, then managed the project on our behalf dealing with technical questions, ensuring specification compliance and witness testing and commissioning  prior to handover. I would have no hesitation in using them again on future projects".
