The Belguim Ambassador’s residence, 36 Belgrave Square, London

The property is the private residence of the Ambassador of Belgium.

Services

Full consultancy duties following RIBA plan of work stages 2 through to 6. One historic lift.

Particular Challenges

  • This was a challenging project with a very small lift shaft and the existing landing swing doors had to be retained due to the Grade 2 listing. Programme management was also key due to the number of breakfast and luncheons that the client had arranged throughout the programme and noisy works had to be managed effectively.
