Stage house is a landmark detached office building in Hertford. The project involved extensive modernisation of the two passenger lifts. Completed 2019

Services

Full modernisation technical consultancy duties, Principal Designers role under the CDM Regulations and Contract Administrator.

Particular Challenges

As with many modernisation projects they are undertaken within operational buildings. Logistics are always a challenge, making sure there is adequate space for storage of old and new equipment, making sure that trucking routes are well defined and protected from occupants. Key is the preparation, having a sound well thought through approach, and excellent communication to all stakeholders.
