Martin Crump – Field Consultant

Martin has been in the Lift industry since 2004, working for several independent companies, moving through to the larger global companies. Martin started as a trainee working on full modernisations and installations. Then moving on to be a service and breakdown engineer, achieving fitter status and went on to gain his NVQ 3. Martin then came off of the tools in 2018 and moved into a more managerial roll as Project Manager and Service Manager.

Martin’s favourite part of the role is that he gets the chance to go out into the field and work with lots of different types of equipment. He enjoys the challenges that come with his role, particularly when out on site, determining which parts need to be replaced to avoid hazards. Martin is very ambitious and wants to expand his skillset so he can support the company as it continues to provide exceptional service.
