The role includes supporting existing and new customers with lift surveying, maintenance auditing, report writing, passenger release training and other site interventions such as progress reviews and commissioning of equipment. You may also be required to oversee modernisation and replacement works on site.
This role is home based and we are looking for Engineering Surveyors in and around London.
You will need at least 5 years of experience in the lift industry, understand your way around a wide variety of lift equipment and have a good general knowledge of the lift industry.
You should have a personable manner, good communication and interpersonal skills. You should have good time management skills and a sound workable knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in the industry
- BTEC or equivelent
- NVQ level 2/3 minimum
This is a full-time role. You will mostly be working in Central London and the South East but will be required to travel nationwide on occasion. Competitive salary, car allowance and pension.
