Sophie Wood – Office/Project Administrator
Since 2021, Sophie has held an office administrator position at The Lift Consultancy. Previously, she has spent time in the hospitality and retail industries, so she’s used to working in an exciting and fast-moving environment. This makes her well-suited to the company because she can focus on reports and meeting deadlines – a key part of the job. Sophie also works on The Lift Consultancy’s green agenda and she loves that she gets to help the company measure its carbon footprint which will create positive change.
For Sophie, The Lift Consultancy looks after its team and creates a family-like atmosphere. It’s her favourite thing about working for the company. She also enjoys being able to get involved in many different areas of the company. Sophie has invaluable project management skills, and always goes above and beyond for her customers to meet their needs.
