Mel Walker – Maintenance Management Consultant

Mel joined TLC in 2025 to provide maintenance management services for our clients. Mel started her career in the lift industry in 2003 at a global lift consultancy and progressed through various roles whilst undertaking Lift Engineering modules via the University of Northampton and LEIA Partnership.

Mel enjoys liaising with clients and contractors to deliver maintenance services, major repairs and has extensive experience in procurement and tender exercises. With over 22 years of experience in the UK lift industry, Mel has worked primarily for consultancy firms bringing a unique wealth of knowledge on the variety of client requirements and lift contractors to help deliver maintenance contracts of all sizes in all environments.
